Week 15 Report

In this week each manager in each department evaluated the members who are responsible for and arrange a meeting for each one to know the weakness and the strengths. After that, each member should evaluate themselves and then they had a meeting with the manger to explain the reason of the choice. For instant, my manager Najah evaluate me and I had a meeting with her and we discuss what to improve and then I evaluated myself and Najah arrange a meeting with me to discuss the reasons.
