Sunday 4th of September it was the first day. we start to choose the positions of each one of us. My position is Training Manager. First I divided the programs between the trainers to start working in manuals. we start dividing the work between us I did the training form and trainee form and give it to the GM.
I start also cleaning Al Mahara Training Center with classmates. My responsibility is to remove all paper that we don’t want it.
